Please complete this application form and submit it by December 20. Please upload here or email a copy of your official transcript in English to firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, have your recommendation letter sent to directly from your professor, adviser, supervisor, etc. After the deadline has reached, all the applications will be reviewed and selected by the Academic Board. Selected candidates will be notified within a week through email. In the email, there will be the instruction about how to pay the registration fee. The participation of the selected candidate is confirmed by the payment of the registration fee of $300 by January 3. Upon confirming the payment, the detailed information package and invitation letter will be sent.
